To Enigma, corporate social responsibility means meeting the needs of today without endangering the ability of future generations to satisfy their own needs. Our people are our most valuable asset, and they are more than worthy of the investment. Enigma aims to improve every day, and we can only do so through continuity in knowledge and expertise. So we invest in the commitment and satisfaction of our employees by offering them a future of growth. Through long-term collaboration, we can support the growth process that lies at the foundation of our goal to become the best in the industry.

Enigma invests in its employees through measures such as its own Academy for training and personnel development. An active athletics policy and assistance to quit smoking are part of this effort. The development of an individual contributes to that individual’s health and we believe business goals and personal development must go together.


In all of our efforts, we are aware of the impact we have on our environment. Our goal of improving every day applies to the environment as well. Enigma’s main goals in this aspect are:

  • Reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption
  • Efficient use of materials and better separation of waste products
  • Use of sustainable energy sources

Concrete examples of these efforts include the investment in a more environmentally friendly vehicle park and the Fuel Efficiency Contest, which both raise awareness while reducing emissions. The realization of a paperless office has also significantly contributed to a more environmental-friendly use of materials and learning to work more sustainably.



Enigma thinks long-term and aims to earn sound profits so we can react to developments and participate in innovations. Our main focus in doing so is reliability and serving our clients better. The client is our reason for existing, and they must be able to rely on us. We enjoy working with our clients, so we constantly invest in our people, resources and methods to remain a solvent business. All to ensure that our clients will be able to call on us in the future when they need us.
